Initially this product was suggested to me by a nurse for scar management-to help flatten out raised scars.
With constant use, I feel like these have been beneficial in helping to flatten scars.
I do love that you can customize the size of the tape sheet so they last longer.
One thing to note, to get the tape to stick better, especially if you plan on wearing to bed, clean the area with alcohol first then place the tape on.

I tested this tape and cut to size to my recent weird scar I got from donating blood. So basically its scar from those huge needle which I normally do not get. This actually works! My scar had a tad raised bump and I put it on morning then take it off before shower then I put it on before I go to sleep. Now its flat and not as red anymore after nearly a week.
