How do I put the garment on correctly?

Step 1: Start with a clean, dry face and neck (or apply your post-op pads/dressings if instructed by your provider).
Step 2: Open all Velcro straps fully so it’s easy to position.
Step 3: Place the chin cup/seam under your chin, centered (it should “hug” the jawline, not sit on your throat).
Step 4: Pull the garment up and over the sides of your face, aligning the ear openings with your ears (no folding on the ear).
Step 5: Fasten the top strap first (around crown/back of head) to anchor it.
Step 6: Fasten the neck/back strap(s) next for support.
Step 7: Adjust the Velcro little-by-little until it feels snug + supportive, not painful.
