These are very small and easy to swallow. The wife and I just started taking these today. We're taking 1 per day. The amount of potential health benefits that we've read about online is just amazing, this is something we can't ignore or pass up. We have a lot of UV exposure and are getting older in life. So far, there is no taste to the pills. They arrived in good shape, with none broken. I counted them and we got 123, so 3 extra.
If these have any type of positive effects on us, I will be back here to update this and let you know.
